777zy Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("the Player") and 777zy ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the 777zy website at 777zy.pro, the 777zy mobile application, and all services provided through these channels.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on 777zy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with 777zy.

2. Eligibility

To use 777zy you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

777zy reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

Each person may only hold one active account on 777zy at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials at all times.
• Never share your password with anyone — including support staff. 777zy will never ask for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication and biometric login where available to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so the account can be suspended while the issue is investigated.

777zy reserves the right to decline account registrations without providing a reason.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. 777zy may also request verification at other points — for example, before a large deposit is accepted or if the account shows unusual activity.

Standard KYC documents required include:

• Identity document: A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and address, dated within the last three months.
• Payment method verification: For mobile wallet deposits, confirmation that the registered account name matches your 777zy account details.

Documents must be clearly legible and all four corners must be visible in photographs or scans. Obscured or edited documents will not be accepted. 777zy reserves the right to request additional documents at its discretion.

5. Deposits

All deposits on 777zy are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and other methods as listed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile wallet transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• 777zy does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside 777zy's control.
• All funds deposited must be your own money from a payment method registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If a deposit is declined, check your available balance with your payment provider before contacting support. 777zy cannot override a decline issued by your bank or mobile wallet.

777zy may place limits on deposit amounts or methods for individual accounts at its discretion, including for fraud prevention or responsible gaming purposes.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the cashier section of your 777zy account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method on your account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• 777zy reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

777zy offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the individual offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players who are eligible under these Terms — i.e., adults with verified accounts in good standing.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new offer while a previous bonus is incomplete may result in the previous bonus being cancelled.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated period — generally 30 days from bonus credit. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically and the bonus balance is removed.
• Free spins expire 7 days after crediting unless otherwise stated.
• Winnings from free spins are added to your bonus balance and subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are optional. You may deposit without claiming any promotion — in which case your full deposited amount is unrestricted real money with no conditions attached.

8. Games & Sports Betting

• All game results are final once confirmed by the system. 777zy will not reverse a result due to player dissatisfaction with an outcome.
• If a game or sports market is interrupted due to technical failure before completion, 777zy will settle the outcome according to the provider's standard voiding rules, which are available on request.
• In-play sports bets placed after the relevant event has concluded — due to a display delay on the player's end — may be voided at 777zy's discretion.
• For cricket betting, PSL and international fixtures are subject to the sportsbook's standard cricket market rules, including handling for rain-affected matches and DLS adjustments.
• Maximum bet limits apply to sports markets. These are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement and vary by market and event. 777zy reserves the right to reduce these limits for individual accounts.
• 777zy reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to system or human error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

777zy is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that affects the normal operation of games or the sportsbook.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage. If you discover a bug that produces unintended outcomes, you must stop playing and report it to support immediately.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus conditions.
• Bonus abuse — including deliberately structuring bets to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk in a way that violates the spirit of the offer (so-called "bonus hunting" or "matched betting" on bonus funds).
• Using multiple accounts to claim promotions intended for new players or to receive more than the stated maximum bonus entitlement.
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds from illegal activity.

Accounts found to have engaged in any of the above conduct will be closed without notice. Balances including deposited funds may be withheld pending investigation where fraudulent activity is suspected. 777zy cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.

10. Responsible Gaming

777zy takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Increases take effect after a cooling-off period; decreases are immediate.
• Session time reminders: Set notifications for when you have been active for a chosen length of time.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited. Real money deposits are returned to the player after deducting any outstanding balance owed to 777zy, subject to completion of any required verification.

13. Limitation of Liability
